Peak Bodyworks’ Personal Training Services and Support provide you with everything you need for success – the equipment, tools, motivation, and guidance – to produce maximum, long-term results. Personal training with Kendall at Peaks’ private, exclusive study, with sessions lasting up to 60 minutes long. Sessions are designed to be safe, effective, progressive, challenging and fun. Since each client starts at a different fitness level and has different ultimate goals, no “cookie cutter” programs.

ON-SITE OPTIONS: After the initial Wellness Consultation, Kendall conducts a comprehensive assessment of your flexibility, strength and range of motion after reviewing your completed Client History Form. She will then design a program based upon these findings, and create a comprehensive/individualized workout program. All sessions include a warm-up and cool-down and may focus on 2-3 muscle groups or a total body routine based upon strength, weaknesses, and ultimate goals. Individual sessions are typically 50-60 minutes long and can be scheduled up to three times per week.Group training and competition preparation also available. Customized plans
